on the poster fighting for his country.

This is one of the posters that appeared in 1940, urging men to enlist for overseas service. What I like about this is the look of the image because the guy looks strong and confident. I also like how the artist used two colours, with the red outline and text, "there's a MAN'S job to be done." I also like how the writing is bold and thick.
This is a poster asking if you believe in Jesus. Personally, by believing in Jesus, this means that everything is going to be fine. I like this poster because it's true. The message is relevant for all who are suffering, sick and for those who need help. This poster was inspired by the poster of "Keep calm and carry on" which was the original poster from World War II.
If these posters were used today it wouldn't make sense because it would be more appropriate to use internet, radio and television than posters. What would make me join the war, would be money so that I won't be leaving my family with nothing.
